THE INDICTMENT
The Indictment was officially served upon All the People of the World on November 28, 2003 in person, hand delivery, via Madeleine Albright, Ambassador of the United States to the UN and former US Secretary of State.
The Indictment was first issued by Dr. Leland Jensen on the ninth day of Ridvan, April 29th,1979 charging the violators with breaking the everlasting Covenant of God. On November 26, 2003 the Guardian as the Executive Branch of the Universal House of Justice of Baha'u'llah, the Supreme Institution of the Baha'i Faith, put this charge into effect by signing the document into activation subject to enforcement and repercussion for the protection of the Cause of God against the violators of the Covenant everywhere. Courts and Judges are empowered to pass judgements and sentence but the Executive Branch has the legal power, authority and obligation thereby granted to place them into effect and carry them out to their fruition.
This issuing of the Indictment, in its final legal enforceable form, in the year 2003 will prove to be and has already proven to be very significant in the course and consequences of the Cause. The great projection which has already begun within the Baha'i World as of September 21, 2001, is continuing to cross over and escalate into the world at large as world events also continue to escalate in this crisis and imbalance created by the projection of the Covenant and the projection of the identity of the Davidic Kingship and thereby the true Universal House of Justice of Baha'u'llah into the minds and hearts of all the people of the world who are affected by this momentous occasion.
